Onegin is operated by NEXTED LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, registration number 2026-002027597, EIN 35-2972770, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Onegin supplies digital access to the AI features described in your selected plan. No physical goods are supplied. A compatible device, internet connection and, for some features, an account or third-party authorisation are required.

Before placing an order, review the selected plan, features, usage allowances, total price including applicable taxes, currency, billing interval and any trial or renewal conditions shown at checkout. You can correct your details before confirming an order. A free account does not authorise a payment.

Available payment methods and the payment processor are displayed at checkout. The seller for your transaction is identified at checkout. Stripe acts as merchant of record for purchases through Stripe Managed Payments; NEXTED LLC operates and supplies Onegin. Your payment confirmation and the terms applying to the order are provided electronically. App Store purchases follow the Apple billing process.

You may use Onegin for lawful personal and business assistance. You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and activity performed after you approve it.

You must not use Onegin to violate the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s data or account.

AI responses and email drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information and every email before relying on it or sending it. Onegin does not send a Gmail reply until you explicitly confirm the final draft.

Face-check scores describe visible appearance in one photo and can be affected by light, angle and camera quality. They are not medical measurements or diagnoses.

Onegin is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

When you connect Google or another third-party service, that service’s own terms also apply. Google Calendar access uses the permissions you approve during connection. Disconnecting Gmail revokes the shared Google authorization used for both Gmail and Calendar.

The current Onegin website offer is US$29 per month, compared with the standard US$49 monthly price. It renews at US$29 per month until cancelled and has no free trial. Existing subscriptions retain the terms accepted at their original checkout. App Store prices and any eligible trial are shown by Apple before purchase.

Eligible returning free accounts may receive a one-time Onegin Plus offer for US$9.99 per month. The exact deadline is shown with the offer and at checkout; reloading or returning later does not restart it. A subscription purchased through this offer renews at US$9.99 per month while it remains active, until cancelled. The offer includes the current Plus features and their usage limits; separately sold event tickets are not included.

You can manage or cancel Onegin Plus from the account menu. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. You can also request cancellation by emailing service@nextmba.com before renewal. Withdrawal and refund rights, procedures and deadlines are set out in our Cancellations & refunds policy. Starting to use Onegin does not itself waive mandatory consumer rights.

Guest and registered accounts without an active trial or Onegin Plus subscription can use chat and skills with up to five saved memories. An active trial or subscription unlocks unlimited memory. Ending Plus access does not automatically delete memories already saved; the first five remain available and the rest become available again if unlimited memory access is restored.

Paid website access is activated after successful payment confirmation and any necessary registration. There are no shipping or handling charges. See Digital delivery for timing, requirements and help with missing access.

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple account, and submit App Store refund requests through Apple. Deleting an app or account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and will not retroactively change a completed purchase. Mandatory remedies for non-supply or lack of conformity remain available, including correction, price reduction or termination and reimbursement where applicable.

You may stop using Onegin at any time. Onegin may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can send complaints to our contact details and remain free to use the competent consumer authorities and courts.
