Onegin is a personal AI assistant. This policy explains what information Onegin processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Data controller
The operator and data controller for Onegin is NEXTED LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, registration number 2026-002027597, EIN 35-2972770, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For company enquiries, contact service@nextmba.com or +34 667 939 082. The privacy contact below remains available for data protection requests.
Information we process
When you create an account, Onegin processes your email address, display name and authentication session. It also stores the conversations, memories, persona settings and preferences that you choose to save.
If you sign in with Apple, Onegin uses your Apple account identifier and the name or email address Apple shares with your permission, including a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. Deleting an Apple-linked account asks you to confirm with Apple so Onegin can revoke that authorization. The confirmation code and Apple tokens used for deletion are processed for that request and are not stored.
If you create a personal horoscope, Onegin saves the name, birth date, optional birth time, birth city, coordinates and time zone you provide in your account. These details are used to calculate your chart and sync it across your devices. City search sends the city name you type to Open-Meteo’s GeoNames search; your birth date and time are not included. You can edit or delete your birth details from any horoscope card. Deleting them removes the personal calculation from those cards; any reading text you have chosen to discuss remains in your chat history.
Guest sessions may save up to five conversational memories and one personal reference photo during the first-visit experience. If you sign in from that session, Onegin carries the conversation, those memories and the reference photo into your account. When unlimited memory is active, additional personal reference photos may be saved in your private visual memory so you can reuse them later.
To make each Persona’s proactive messages more relevant, Onegin keeps a separate learning profile for each user and selected Persona. It records limited interaction signals such as whether you replied, how quickly you replied, whether you used a suggested reply or activity, the general topic and format offered, a local-time bucket, and whether the current session was active or idle. Onegin does not record your keystrokes. These signals are used only to choose what the Persona may initiate and how often; a guest profile moves into your account if you sign in.
If you connect Gmail, Onegin stores your Gmail address and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. Onegin never receives or stores your Google password.
If you enable morning face checks, Onegin stores the private photo inside your chat together with non-medical visual scores so later check-ins can be compared. Onegin does not use a face photo to identify you or diagnose a health condition.
How Google Calendar data is used
With your permission, Onegin reads upcoming events from your primary Google Calendar to prepare a morning plan and remind you shortly before an event. Calendar access is read-only: Onegin cannot create, edit or delete events.
Event details are requested when needed for these chat messages and are not copied into a separate calendar database. A reminder or morning plan remains in your private chat history after it is delivered.
How Gmail data is used
With your permission, Onegin reads recent inbox messages so you can view them in the Email assistant. When you request a draft or revision, the selected message and your instructions are sent to OpenAI to generate the response.
Onegin uses Gmail send access only after you review a draft and explicitly confirm that it should be sent. Onegin does not automatically send, delete, move or modify your messages.
Original incoming message text is fetched as needed rather than copied into a separate inbox database. Saved reply drafts and the metadata needed to display and send them remain associated with your account and connected mailbox. Relevant message excerpts may appear in saved drafts or conversations. Disconnecting Gmail removes its credentials but does not itself delete those drafts or conversations; account deletion removes saved account content.
Onegin Live work uses this integration to help you work with your inbox. With AI permission enabled, Live work prepares missing replies for its loaded unread messages using OpenAI. Voice editing shares relevant email context and microphone audio; sending requires an explicit command or confirmation.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Google user data is not used to train or improve general-purpose AI models. Onegin does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance, or support you explicitly authorize.
Google API Limited Use
Onegin handles information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, sharing and retention
Before using AI features, Onegin asks you to explicitly allow sharing with OpenAI. This includes your messages, relevant conversation history, memories, preferences and skill instructions; images, files and microphone audio when you choose those features; and selected connected email or calendar content when needed for the help you request. Voice calls transmit audio directly to OpenAI. Enabled scheduled AI skills may run while the app is closed. Onegin stores your consent version and time, and you can withdraw permission in Account & privacy to stop new AI requests and scheduled AI work. Withdrawing cannot recall data already transmitted; close an active call on any other device.
OpenAI processes this content to return AI responses, images, speech, transcriptions and learning feedback. We use OpenAI’s API under its data protection terms, which require protection of personal data, restrict processing purposes and describe retention and security. API data is not used for model training by default. OpenAI may retain certain data for abuse monitoring or legal requirements under its policies; do not send information you do not want processed by this provider. See OpenAI’s Data Processing Addendum and API data controls. We do not permit providers to use your Onegin data for independent advertising or resale.
Onegin uses service providers only to operate the product, including Supabase for account authentication, OpenAI for AI responses and sourced news, Google for Gmail and Calendar access, Stripe for subscription billing, and the hosting and database infrastructure used by Onegin. Information is not shared for independent advertising or resale.
Google OAuth tokens remain stored until you disconnect Google access or request deletion. Disconnecting Gmail deletes the shared Google tokens and asks Google to revoke the authorization, which also disconnects Calendar. Other account data remains until you request deletion or it is no longer needed to provide Onegin.
Subscription billing
In the iOS app, Onegin Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Onegin verifies Apple’s signed transactions and stores transaction identifiers, subscription status and expiry to provide access. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account. Deleting Onegin does not cancel an App Store subscription.
When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and manages automatic renewals until cancellation. Onegin stores your checkout email and name, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing interval and renewal timing to provide access. For purchases made before sign-in, a secure cookie connects the confirmed purchase to the account you choose in the same browser; it expires after 30 days. A trial applies only when explicitly offered at checkout. Onegin does not store your full payment-card number.
Your choices
Open the account menu, then Account & privacy to review AI permission or initiate permanent account deletion. Deletion removes your account identity, chats, memories, files, learning progress, schedules and connected-account credentials. An opaque account identifier and deletion timestamp may remain to prevent stale requests from restoring deleted data and to complete storage cleanup. Service providers may retain limited records when required for security, billing or law under their terms. Deletion does not require contacting support.
You can use the chat as a guest, pause any skill, disconnect Google access at any time, edit or delete saved memories and visual reference photos, and request access, correction or deletion of your account data.
